Gary Hedley Hairdressing opened in Newcastle city centre in April 1995, the company was founded by Gary Hedley and Shirley Murray, Gary being a leading busy stylist and Shirley a successful businesswoman, the perfect recipe for a successful hair salon.
Gary worked in many of Newcastle's leading salons including Lupins where he trained, Next Hairdressing and Barry and Bobby; all very different salons with different hairdressing gaining him all round hairdressing experience.
Gary Hedley is one of the largest most successful salon groups in the north east and the Newcastle branch is one of the largest salons in Newcastle, we currently attend over 300 clients a week and employ 35 team members.
